Solicitation is allowed at the intersection of Broadway and Pullen in the City of Centralia. Solicitation is allowed during the first three Saturdays of the months of April through November. Proof of insurance and proof of registration with the Attorney General as a Charitable Organization is required to be submitted along with the application to solicit.
