Every dog and cat in the City of Centralia are required to be registered.
To complete registration:
- You must provide the sex, breed and name of the dog or cat to be registered
- You must provide proof of current rabies vaccinations from your veterinarian
- Pay the animal registration fees as listed below
Fees:
- $5.00 each 1 year tag (Expires May 31st of the following calendar year.)
- $10.00 each 3 year tag (Can only be purchased in the same month as the rabies shot. Expires May 31st three years from the current calendar year.)
After we complete your paperwork, we will issue a tag for each animal to wear.
